Tropical & Tiki · highball glass

A potent and fruity tiki concoction blending multiple spirits with tropical juices and passion fruit.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 0.5 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 slice Orange Slice (optional)
• 1 cherry Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Combine all liquid ingredients (except garnishes) in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a highball glass or tiki mug filled with fresh crushed ice.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
