Chicago Fizz
Sour & Citrusy · highball glass
Light rum and ruby port mingle with lemon and sugar under a frothy egg white, topped with fizz. Sweet, tart, and effervescent.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Light rum
- 1 oz Port
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon (optional)
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1 Egg white
- Carbonated water
Method
- Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes
- Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve
