Gin, lemon, and maraschino elevated by a silky egg yolk and bright orange bitters. Rich, tart, and luxuriously smooth.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Lemon juice (optional)
• 1 tsp Maraschino liqueur
• 1 dash Orange bitters
• 1 Egg yolk (optional)

Method

1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a sour glass
