Captain's Grog

A robust and aromatic Donn the Beachcomber tiki classic, this grog combines dark rum with a bright citrus blend, honeyed sweetness, and the warming spice of pimento dram.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Dark Rum
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 0.5 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
• 0.25 oz Pimento Dram
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 sprig Mint Sprig (optional)

Method

1. Combine dark rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, pimento dram, and Angostura bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
