Cameron's Kick

A unique split-base sour from Harry MacElhone, uniting the distinct characters of Scotch and Irish whiskey with bright lemon and almond-rich orgeat.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Scotch
• 1 oz Irish Whiskey
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
