Brazilian zest with muddled lime and sugar, brightened by distinctive cachaca. Fresh, lively, and spirited.

Ingredients

• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1 Lime
• 2.5 oz Cachaca

Method

1. Place lime and sugar into old fashioned glass and muddle (mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon)
2. Fill the glass with ice and add the Cachaça
