Ingredients
- 2 oz Cognac
- 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Method
- Moisten the rim of a chilled coupe glass with a lemon wedge, then roll it in sugar to create a thick crust.
- Carefully place a long lemon peel spiral inside the glass, allowing it to hang over the rim.
- Combine Cognac, orange liqueur, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Double strain into the prepared glass, being careful not to disturb the sugar rim.
