A silky after-dinner classic — cognac, chocolate liqueur and cream, dusted with nutmeg.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Cognac
• 1 oz Dark crème de cacao
• 1 oz Cream
• 1 pinch Nutmeg (optional)

Method

1. Add cognac, crème de cacao and cream to a shaker with ice
2. Shake well until chilled
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe
4. Garnish with grated nutmeg
