Boston Sour

A frothy whiskey sour, brightened by fresh lemon and balanced with sugar. Smooth, tart, and texturally delightful.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Blended whiskey
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon (optional)
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1 Egg white
• 1 slice Lemon (optional)
• 1 Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Shake juice of lemon, powdered sugar, blended whiskey, and egg white with cracked ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass
2. Add the slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve
