A vibrant blue tropical cocktail created by Harry Yee, featuring vodka, light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and a touch of sour.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Light Rum
• 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Method

1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
