A Manhattan with amaro standing in for sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rye whiskey
• 1 oz Amaro
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Orange bitters

Method

1. Stir all ingredients with ice
2. Strain into a chilled coupe
3. Garnish with a cherry
