Named for its jewel-like colors, this robust classic blends gin, sweet vermouth, and green Chartreuse into a complex, herbal, and spirit-forward experience.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Green Chartreuse
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 garnish Cherry (optional)
• 1 garnish Lemon Twist (optional)

Method

1. Combine gin, green Chartreuse, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a cherry or a lemon twist.
