Ingredients

1.5 oz Cognac
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
0.25 oz Cherry Heering
0.25 oz Bénédictine
1 dash Absinthe
1 Lemon Twist (optional)

Method

Combine cognac, sweet vermouth, Cherry Heering, Bénédictine, and absinthe in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir well until thoroughly chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
