Aperol Gin Sour cocktail

A vibrant and frothy sour balancing the bittersweet notes of Aperol with the botanical crispness of gin and zesty lemon.

Method

  1. Combine gin, Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a dash of Angostura bitters and a lemon peel.
