Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Aperol
• 2 oz Prosecco
• 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
• top with Soda Water
• 1 Orange Slice (optional)

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. Add Aperol, Prosecco, and Elderflower Liqueur.
3. Top with a splash of soda water.
4. Gently stir to combine.
5. Garnish with an orange slice.
