A classic equal-parts cocktail, this drink harmonizes the botanicals of gin with the stone fruit sweetness of apricot brandy and the crisp apple notes of Calvados for a smooth, fruity, and spirit-forward sip.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 oz Calvados
• 1 slice Apple Slice (optional)

Method

1. Combine gin, apricot brandy, and Calvados in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with an apple slice, if desired.
