A refined Savoy creation, this gin-based drink combines apricot brandy, dry vermouth, and a touch of Grenadine for a sophisticated, fruity profile.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Apricot Brandy
• 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
• 0.25 oz Grenadine
• 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Lemon Twist (optional)

Method

1. Combine gin, apricot brandy, dry vermouth, grenadine, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
