Amaretto Sour

The grown-up version — amaretto backed by bourbon and fresh lemon.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Amaretto
• 0.75 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 0.5 oz Simple syrup
• 1 Egg white (optional)

Method

1. Dry-shake all ingredients to emulsify
2. Shake again with ice
3. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a cherry
