A honeyed rum sour lengthened with Champagne.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Aged rum
• 0.5 oz Honey syrup
• 0.5 oz Lime juice
• 2 oz Champagne

Method

1. Shake the rum, honey and lime with ice
2. Strain into a flute
3. Top with Champagne
