Aegean Sunset Spritz

A vibrant and bittersweet spritz that combines blood orange gin, Aperol, and the unique herbal notes of mastiha.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Malfy Gin Blood Orange
• 1 oz Aperol
• 0.5 oz Skinos Mastiha Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Sparkling Wine

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass or a collins glass with ice.
2. Add Malfy Gin Blood Orange, Aperol, Skinos Mastiha Liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the glass.
3. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
4. Top with sparkling wine.
5. Garnish with an orange slice (optional).
