A unique and aromatic highball blending traditional Greek Tsipouro with the fresh, resinous notes of Mastiha and bright lime, topped with effervescent tonic.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Tsipouro
• 0.75 oz Skinos Mastiha Liqueur
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 4 oz Tonic Water

Method

1. Combine Tsipouro, Skinos Mastiha Liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup in a highball glass filled with ice.
2. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
3. Top with tonic water.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
