Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Fino Sherry
• 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Fino sherry, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled, about 20-30 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and discard or use as garnish.
