A low-ABV, sherry-based aperitif cocktail, dry and aromatic, offering a delicate balance of fortified wine and bitter orange notes.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Fino Sherry
• 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 twist Orange Twist (optional)

Method

1. Combine Fino Sherry, Sweet Vermouth, and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
