A frothy, refreshing rum cocktail brightened by lime, triple sec, and a hint of fresh mint. Its creamy texture belies a vibrant, zesty spirit.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Light rum
- 1.5 tsp Triple sec
- 1 tblsp Lime juice (optional)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg white
- 1 Mint (optional)
Method
- Combine and shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes
- Add the sprig of mint and serve
