A bright and refreshing gin-based cocktail from the Savoy, harmonizing gin with the floral notes of Lillet Blanc and fresh orange juice, uplifted by orange bitters.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Lillet Blanc
• 0.75 oz Orange Juice
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• 1 peel Orange Peel (optional)

Method

1. Combine gin, Lillet Blanc, orange juice, and orange bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with an orange peel.
