A potent and complex tiki swizzle, showcasing the rich flavors of high-proof rum balanced by a vibrant blend of citrus, passion fruit, falernum, and a hint of grenadine.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.5 oz Falernum
• 0.25 oz Grenadine
• 2 oz Demerara Rum
• 1 oz 151 Proof Demerara Rum
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 garnish Mint Sprig (optional)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a tall glass.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice and swizzle vigorously with a swizzle stick until the glass is frosty and well-chilled.
3. Top with more crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
